School Rules

  1. Students should carry School diary in school each day. Remarks put down in the almanac should be seen and countersigned regularly.
  2. Students should be within the school premises five minutes before the first bell in the morning. Please do not force the Guard/ Reception /staff to open the gate after, once the gate is closed.
  3. Check the turnout of your ward in the morning (haircut , nails, uniform ,shoe polish , punctuality)
  4. See that your ward carries books/exercise books according to the Time Table for that day. No extra books should be carried along.
  5. Encourage your ward to take a balanced interest in studies, co-curricular activities and sports.
  6. Children will not be allowed to go home during school hours. Parents are requested not to make any social engagements or medical appointments during working hours. To ensure better discipline, parents are requested not to send their children to school on the day they have any such appointment. Gate pass (to take the child home early) can be procured till 11:00 am from the reception only on medical grounds or in some extreme emergency.
  7. For helping the school in handling emergencies successfully, maintaining communication with parents and keeping records up to date, any change of address or telephone number should be notified immediately.
  8. Parents / Guardians coming to drop their wards should leave them outside the school gate and should not enter the school campus.
  9. In case your ward suffering from any disease/has undergone any operation/suffers from an allergy/ is under medication, kindly inform the school.
  10. Students suffering from infectious diseases or exposed to such diseases in their home must complete the quarantine period before rejoining the school. This should be also be indicated on the Medical Certificate. A fitness Certificate by the Medical Practitioner is required.
  11. Monitor the preparation of your child during exam keep track of his/her progress and Teacher's Remarks in class work/exercise books and diary.
  12. Your ward should be instructed to be careful about his/her belongings. There should be a Name Tag on sweaters and blazers. Expensive articles should not be brought to school. They are also not allowed to wear jewellery in school. In case of violation of this rule the article will be confiscated. The school bears no responsibility if articles lost in the school.
  13. If your ward is absent from school he/she should make up for all the work missed by him/her.
  14. Parents should avoid criticizing a teacher or the school in the presence of a child as this causes the child to lose respect for the teacher/school & retards his wholesome progress.
  15. For primary classes one fruit break and one lunch break is there. No lunch box/ water bottles will be accepted from Parents/guardians during school hours for the security of the children. Parents must ensure that child carries fruit as well as lunch
  16. Please note that no request , seeking permission to allow the child to go to friend's / relative's house shall be entertained.
  17. Each student will be issued two I-Cards and it will be mandatory for the parent or any nominee to show the duplicate I-Card of the child to the bus guard in order to collect the child. As per the school rule the child will be handed over to anyone who shows the duplicate I — card of child.
