Life skills are defined as psychosocial abilities for adaptive & positive behavior that enable individuals to deal effectively with the demand & challenges of every day life. They are loosely grouped into three broad categories of skills. Cognitive skills for analyzing & using in formations personal skills for developing personal agency managing oneself & inter personal skills for communicating & interacting effectively with others.

School conducts life skill classes for all students. Here is a list of some basic life skills which are taught to students from the beginning.
